Plastic People residency continues (19/06/09)

Fake Twitter (19/04/09)
Someone has started a fake Four Tet Twitter account and is posting messages pretending to be me. I don't use Twitter and have nothing to do with anything going up on that site about me. Not sure why anyone would do this but please ignore anything you hear supposedly coming from me on Twitter! I've contacted the people at Twitter to try and get this stopped but they are being very slow getting back to me about it.
Thanks to everyone who's been coming out to the recent North American shows I've been doing. All have been great fun so far.

Last BC night at the End, new Plastic People dates... (17/11/08)
I've got a few DJ sets coming up in London. Firstly I'll be playing this coming Saturday (November 22nd) at the Border Community night at The End. This is the final night of a residency that I have been doing for the last two years, because The End is closing down in a few months time. Also playing will be James Holden, Nathan Fake, Ellen Allien and Avus. More details and an interview with me about the night are on the End website:

Border Community is one of my favourite record labels these days and the nights at the The End have been really amazing, so this final night should be quite special.
And then, the week after I'll be starting a new DJ residency at one of my favourite clubs in the world, Plastic People. I've been given my own night there. It'll be a good chance to try out stuff from the new Four Tet album I'm working on and I might try and get some guests down to play too. The dates are:

Crawl end crawl (17/11/08)
I’m getting a lot of emails asking if there is going to be a release for the track “Crawl, end crawl” that I made for the end credits of the new James Bond film, Quantum of Solace. I’m afraid that I at the moment I don’t know if or when it will be released. The music from the film is owned by Sony so it’s up to them and not me what happens with the track now.
It’s not included on the soundtrack album because I was asked to do the track at a very late stage of the project and the soundtrack album had already gone into production. Anyway, hopefully they will release it at some point in the future.

Quantum of Solace (31/10/08)
I've done a track for the new James Bond film, Quantum of Solace, that is played over the end credits. It's a kind of remix of stuff from the score of the film. So if you go and see the film stay for the credits to check out the music.
